Staci Fetter is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on adult and geriatric health. She specializes in chronic care management and palliative care, bringing nearly two decades of diverse nursing and healthcare experience to her patients and community.
Staci earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2005 and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Texas at Arlington in 2023. She is also a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, recognizing her commitment to excellence in the nursing profession.
 Throughout her career, Staci has served patients across multiple areas of healthcare, including emergency medicine, intermediate care, perioperative services, case management, and primary care. She spent 10 years working in hospital-based care in the New Braunfels area, gaining valuable experience in high-acuity and perioperative settings. She later transitioned into case management, serving as an RN Case Manager for five years before moving into primary care in 2019, where she focused on helping Medicare patients manage chronic health conditions and improve long-term wellness outcomes.
In 2024, Staci joined SA Premier Internal Medicine, where she continues her passion for caring for adult and geriatric patients through personalized, relationship-driven healthcare.
A native of San Antonio, Staci was raised in La Vernia and now lives in Schertz with her husband, who is also a registered nurse, and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending weekends on the soccer fields supporting her teenagers, exploring Texas lakes and rivers, attending live music events, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
