It’s hard when you have HMO to get a referral from my insurance. I have to call my insurance per the referral department from Dr Office that I have to call for the Dr I need? I never heard of that? But other than that I like Dr Cheryl King.

Dr. King and her staff are the very best in too many ways to list. Dr. King listens & looks you in the eye when you are speaking to her. I call and I get a response no matter what—the doc was out of town on personal time and she cared enough to respond to my concerns. Now, I was so impressed. Mostly, I praise the valued staff member! She deserves a raise or maybe a free day off. She could have DONE NOTHING, but she didn’t. Doctors are not that way anymore. Dr. King actually cares and I appreciate her and her staff. My visits are thorough and complete. Answers all my questions and concerns with the Dr's. Only issue is that when I ask front desk if I can have a Dr. call me they say I need to make a appointment. I know Dr's are busy but why make a appointment for a simple questions.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ayham Shneker and his staff. Although at times they might be quite busy, they are always make time to listen to you concerns and needs. My experience every time I have a dr appt it is superior. The Dr, PA, nurse practitioners, lab staff, the physical therapy staff, & all other staff that work there are amazing, kind, & immaculate. I have covid but I was supposed to get a perscription for it but 1 day has gone by and still no med.dr didn't write orders right so meanwhile I'm sick and heb and I and drs office are going in circles.very frustrated when I feel horrible and can't get med for covid.

Absolutely cannot recommend this office. the front desk staff are misinformed and do not give correct information. Made appointment with Dr. Shneker, but was pushed off to a very incompetent nurse practitioner. Later I was informed Shneker was out of the office on the day of my appointment. That would have been fantastic information at the time. I would have scheduled accordingly. Came in for a simple physical but was done about halfway. no blood work done. did not check sinus, ears, throat, hernia, and so on. If had not spoon-fed information, he never would have asked. All the nurse practitioner wanted to do is recommend shots, even after I told him I was not wanting shots of any type. A was a complete waste of time and money. I called into billing the following day, but after two weeks still no call back. on this date call in 7 times before someone actually answered the phone. asked for a credit to insurance, but the nobody there clearly does not know what they are doing. only advise was to file a complaint with the medical board. WARNING--- find health care somewhere else. I have not had such a terrible experience in over 25 years....never again!!

Dr.King listened to my concerns and asked me questions which helped me to clarify those concerns. I can get an appointment when needed. I like that I can get basic labs done at the practice and prescriptions are called/faxed to my pharmacy.

Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All Physicians and nursing staff treat you like you are a part of their family and not just another patient.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Mike. He cares and he talk to you about your situation. I really appreciated it.

Office staff and medical staff are very friendly. Even though the wait was longer than expected but I realize that the doctor takes his time to listen and make a determination on what’s wrong or the reason we’re there. I don’t feel that I’m being rushed when being seeing by the doctor.

I've been a patient here since 2016, and I am very happy with the whole staff. Dr Snekher saved me a lot of misery, because he found my Thyroid Cancer in early stages, by just doing my 1st physical. Since then, I have never had a doubt that I found the right place for my health care. Everyone is so kind and courteous and very professional. As you can see I can't say enough about Dr Snekher and his staff. I do recommend them to anyone who's looking for a PCP with a great staff.

This doctor was the first doctor to look in my ear. I haven't had a doctor do that sinceI was much younger. She also takes the time to get to know her patients. She doesn't just rush in and out. Her staff is the best , they treat you with kindness and respect. I will be her patient until the Lord calls me home. If you want to feel like someone cares about your health then Dr. Hind Neamah is the only choice.

As a first-time patient, I was happy to get an appointment very soon after my call. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and did not have to wait much to be seen. The PA was very thorough and both the PA and the doctor actually listened to what I had to say.

I don't remember the name of the PA that saw me but I was really impressed on the way he really listened to me and the way I was feeling.

All well other than my wait time to be seen. I’ve been a patient for a very long time & have never had to wait (2) hours to be seen. I called to make an appointment that morning & it was at 10:15am. I arrived at that time & was told to call when I arrived & they would check me in. I was triaged in my vehicle after an hour but was not called in until another hour later. I expressed my concern to the person I saw & said they took walk ins as well. I’ve been a walk in before & very grateful they have worked me in, but I feel they should adhere to those with appointments & call them in at their specific appointment time. When I’ve been a walk-in in the past, my wait was very long because I was told they were taking those with appointments first as they arrived. This was not true on my visit yesterday. I wasn’t feeling well & was very disappointed.

The new PA was very thoughtful and was very interested in my past medical history. He discovered a medical issue that had not been followed up on. Dr Shneker then came in and ordered tests to further investigate the issue.

The dr was very thorough on the information I received and answer all the questions I had.

Rral good service, the only thing I did not like my first visit,,,was that they sent in to the shipping container. That thing is a breeding disease box you walk in there the ac will hit you right on the face,,,,also they made wait outside for 45 minutes on a 104 temperature weather ...service was good with drs.

I like the pleasantness of the doctor, pa’s, nurse practitioners, nurses and office staff. No long wait time for appointments or lab work. During office visit my questions are answered. Sometimes when I call and leave a message I have to follow up on my call/message. I feel comfortable at this office though and I feel comfortable asking my questions.

I stopped in at 8:00 am for a required blood test. As always the staff was in place, and ready to assist. They are friendly, greeted me and checked me in like the professionals they are. I appreciate that, when arriving at opening, they are ready to work and I am taken care of quickly and efficiently - all with smiles. This is not true in other healthcare settings, and I appreciate it so much at SA Premier Internal Medicine!!

I have covid and waited an hour and a half to be seen. That part was terrible as i was in extreme pain but i was very pleased to have received great care and attention when i went in to the unit.

Very helpful and observant. I thought I had a torn knee ligament. She is probably right and it’s arthritis. I just never had a sharp stabbing pain in my knee before. Will give it time and we will see.

I have been with primer since 2018 But with Dr. Cheryl King since 2020-21 and let me tell she’s OUTSTANDING!!!!! I have seen my fair share of PCP but never like her. She listens to your c/o she’s the only Dr that I have met that calls you on her off day wkend what ever day it is with your labs/x-rays /MRI results to make sure you’re not stressing out on the out comes, she’s on top of referrals if one is needed. Check on you on how the treatment plan is going for you. I have recommended several of my coworkers to her and they all lover n the staff. Thank you Dr. Cheryl King ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service is also fast & remarkable. I am very happy with the service & I always refer my family and friends. The service is superior & the doctor also make sure that all my needs are covered (medicines, vaccines, & another illnesses that come along. On a scale of 1-10 yall get a 20.
